Shipping & Returns

Orders and Shipping:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card payments are accepted via our website platform. We can also accept purchase orders with pre-payment via either ACH, Wire, or Check by mail.  Credit terms are offered only upon approval, and require that your institution/company completes a credit application.  If you would like to send in a purchase order, please contact us and we will send you all of the required forms.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping costs are based on weight, packaging size and dimensions, and destination.  Shipping costs will be shown prior to checkout.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy:

Items purchased from us that are unused and remain sealed in their original packaging may be returned, and must be received within 14 days of item delivery date.  Pending inspection, a refund will be issued less the shipping charges.  Used and/or damaged items are non-refundable.  Please note that some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee of between 15-20% on the return of non-defective merchandise.  Custom-fabricated items are not returnable, though any damage or defects that may exist prior to delivery will be remedied.  In order to maintain sterile requirements, first-aid kits, medical and healthcare related items are not returnable, though any damage or defects that may exist prior to delivery will be remedied.

If an item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of item delivery. A repair or a return/replacement will be arranged in these situations. If an item appears to be experiencing functionality issues, a warranty repair will be arranged with its manufacturer in accordance with any warranty terms that exist for the item.

To process a return, please contact us so that we may provide you with a return authorization.  Packages returned that are not pre-authorized cannot be accepted.

Refused deliveries are subject to a refund less the cost of destination and return shipping, along with any restocking fees assessed by the manufacturer.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

If you'd like to make changes to or cancel an order that has already been placed, we will attempt to honor these requests when possible.

Due to the automated nature of modern systems, and the speed at which orders are processed to enable the quickest possible delivery to you, changes and cancellations are not always possible and cannot be guaranteed.  If an order has already been locked by the dispatch team it cannot be canceled or amended. If your merchandise is already on its way, or has been delivered, please contact us and we'll be happy to initiate the return process for you.
