Description
Magnetic drilling machine, annular cutters max. dia 4 inch, power supply tension 110 - 120 Volt, power supply frequency 60 Hertz, rotation direction bidirectional. Where conventional pipe drilling machines reach their limit, the TUBE.100S+/T continues, offering controlled drilling up to 4" (100 mm) and tapping up to M30 (1 3/16) on both pipe constructions and flat materials. Thanks to its pivoting permanent magnet, the TUBE.100S+/T can be used on pipes with a minimum diameter of 5 1/2" (140 mm), even on material as thin as 1/8" (3.5 mm). The machine is powered by a strong 17.3 A (1,900 W) motor. Because the TUBE.100S+/T has an oil-lubricated four-speed gearbox with electronic speed adjustment and right/left rotation, it delivers the torque and speed control needed for different cutters, tap sizes, and materials. Innovative electronics provide overload protection and help protect the machine, tool, and workpiece, even when working with unstable power supply. The integrated GYRO-TEC sensor shuts down the machine automatically in case of excessive vibration or sudden movement, improving user safety and reducing maintenance costs. The TUBE.100S+/T is a reliable choice for professionals who need controlled, high-capacity drilling and tapping on pipe constructions. Four speed oil lubricated gearbox. Suitable for tapping. Right/left rotation. Morse Taper 3 spindle with integrated tool cooling and lubrication. Electronic speed adjustment Torque control on motor house. Permanent magnet. Suitable for minimum pipe diameter of Ø 5 1/2" (140 mm) and minimum material thickness of 1/8" (3.5 mm). Reduced risk of damaging machine, tools and workpiece and hurting operatorSuitable for use in areas and workplaces where power supply is of lesser quality. Reduced risk of armature damage. Reduced risk of control unit(s) damage. Timely service notification to avoid additional cost by unexpected downtime or unnecessary part replacement
